3D Design

3D Printing
3D Printing, or additive manufacturing, is the process of making three dimensional solid objects from a digital file. Prints can range from toys and novelty objects to rapid prototyping or replacement parts.
3D Scanning
3D Scanning can bring real world objects in to 3D design space with extremely high precision.
Laser
Small scale laser etching and cutting. Great for creating custom STEM kits, photo frames, extremely detailed custom cards and artwork!
CNC
CNC allows precision control of a spindle with various cutting tools. These are capable of machining precision parts or custom PCBs to intricate carvings for display.
Pressure Forming
Pressure forming can capture incredibly high detail (0.0004mm) and create accurate molds, templates or finished products using a wide variety of materials. An object can be designed, iterated, 3D printed and used to create a pressure formed mold for a variety of purposes. Formed materials are food safe and in most cases reusable.
